  • Do you arrange finance?

    We can arrange finance for you – see our ‘Finance’ tab on the website for more information.

  • Do you check all electrical connections, lighting and gas appliances?

    We check hitch gear, lighting and electrical connections, wheels and windows as well as fitted electrical and gas appliances – especially the latter – as they are essential safety precautions.

  • Do you offer a service plan?

    Yes we do – please ask us for details and prices.

  • Do you undertake a damp and condensation check for each caravan?

    When we buy our second hand caravan stock, it is vital that we undertake a damp and condensation check to give our customers full piece of mind.

  • How about security?

    We check and advise on the security equipment installed and used to protect the caravan and offer help and advice in security before you take the caravan offsite.

  • How do you deal with dents, scrapes and seals?

    Our inspection of the outside of the caravan is not only restricted to spotting dents, scrapes and scratches, but also to the potentially more important check on the condition of seals around doors and windows – silicone based sealants, for instance, might be expected to last as long as 20 years, whilst acrylics may last only half that time, and oil based sealants only five years or so. We replace and repair where necessary and inform the buyer of the condition of sealants where necessary.

  • Is the price you put on each caravan fair and reasonable and checked with current market value?

    We always check the prices with the market value but also taken into account condition, putting the human checking element into the pricing, producing a much more accurate price for our customers.

  • What if I have a problem?

    You caravan comes with a 12 month guarantee from Rock Caravans so if you have any problems – please come back to us.
